I want to send notifications to my user's friends to watch videos on my application YouTube+ but opensocial.requestSendMessage function does not seem to do anything.

Is it not stable enough or am i doing something wrong??

I tried the following:
frds.getData().each

{
frds[i++] = person.getId();
